• If a customer has purchased a package or has already paid for any services, we cannot exchange it for cash. We reserve the right to cancel or modify these terms without prior notice. 

• We reserve the right to disclaim any responsibility in case of damage due to discolored fabric, seepage, stains, deterioration due to use, buttons, elastic, and sequins are damaged, foreign smell and the loss of various assets placed in pockets, clothes, skirts, pants, etc.

• We reserve the right to not be responsible against damage or loss caused by the recipient not receiving the returned fabric within 15 days from the confirmation date to the return of the clothes. 

• Before receiving the clothes back from us, please check that the order number and the number of pieces are correct and complete according to the return receipt. If you have signed your name and received the clothes back, we reserve the right to not be responsible for any loss in any case. 

• In case of damage or loss from us. We reserves the right to compensate the lost or damaged item, not more than 10 times the cost of the service for this item. (Refer to the price table in our website) by notifying the damage or loss to us within 24 hours.

• หากลูกค้าได้ซื้อแพ็กเกจและชำระเงินสำหรับบริการใด ๆ แล้ว ทางจะไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ และเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

• ทางร้านฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับผิดชอบ
  กรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายเนื่องจากผ้าสีตก,
  ผ้าเปลี่ยนสี, สีซึม, การเกิดคราบ, การเสื่อม
  สภาพจากการใช้งาน, ยางยืด, การหดตัว
  ของผ้า, กระดุมชำรุดหรือสูญหาย,
  กลิ่นแปลกปลอม, กาสูญหายของทรัพย์สิน
  ที่อยู่ในกระเป๋าเสื้อ, กระโปรง, กางเกง ฯลฯ

• ทางร้านฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบ
  ต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหาย
  ที่เกิดจากผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ยืนยันนัดรับผ้าคืน
  ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ทางร้านฯ
  รับผ้ามาทำความสะอาด

• ก่อนการลงนามในเอกสารใบรับผ้าคืนจากทางร้านฯ โปรดตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย และจำนวนของเสื้อผ้าให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามเอกสารที่ร้านฯ มอบให้หากลงนามและรับผ้าคืนแล้ว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

• กรณีเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหาย
  ที่เกิดขึ้นจากความผิดพลาดทางร้านฯ
  ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ในการชดเชยค่าเสียหาย
  หรือสูญหาย ตามความเป็นจริง แต่ไม่เกิน
  10 เท่าของราคา ค่าบริการเสื้อผ้าชิ้นนั้นๆ
  (อ้างอิงจากราคาหน้าเว็บไซต์ของทางร้านฯ) โดยผู้รับบริการจะต้องแจ้งความเสียหาย ให้ทางร้านทราบภายใน 24 ชม. หลังจากรับผ้าคืน
